There is be NO “Summer Program” for 2017

1- Mile Summer Program: This leisurely Summer Training Program is intended for families and individuals preparing for a 1- mile race and those interested in beginning a routine, connecting with others and creating a moving lifestyle. Training sessions end one week before the Run for the Rolls 1- mile race, which is held on Saturday August 27th 2016. Summer program participants who register for the Run for the Rolls 1-mile race will receive a unique bib number to wear in the race.

1-Mile training Program:  Starting with a gentle combination of walking a jogging, participants can work up to a continuous running or increase their walking pace. Depending on their ability individuals can choose to attend a very gradual 9-week session or a more intense 4-week session.

  • 9-Weeks Session: June 28 through August 25
  • 4-Week Session:     August 2 through August 25

Meeting 9:30 am (sharp) Tuesdays, Thursdays ( days of week subject to change) at Chelsea School Football field.
